Chef Michael Swamy an alumni of Le Cordon Bleu London who over the past 2 decades have been working with several brands through food and art. and In the kaleidoscope of my first camera’s lens, I discovered the captivating world of culinary artistry—a journey that began decades ago and continues to flourish today. From humble beginnings catering at the British and American consulates to earning prestigious awards, Cottagechef embodies a fusion of passion, creativity, and excellence in the culinary arts.

Together with Mugdha Savkar, we have traveled the globe, documenting diverse food traditions, writing enchanting cookbooks, and founding our Boutique Media House. Our work spans across food, travel, and wildlife, capturing vibrant narratives that celebrate culture, flavor, and innovation. Through our Food & Travel projects and workshops, we inspire individuals and brands to craft their own legacies, guiding them on a journey of culinary exploration and creativity.
